PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ameliorate the balance of physical properties such as strength and heat resistance by using a cyclic olefin resin which is represented by a specific composition formula and has a specific softening temperature. SOLUTION: A cyclic olefin resin is selected from a random copolymer of ethylene and a cyclic olefin represented by formula I or formula II of a composition formula and a graft modified product of the copolymer. In this case, in the formula I, (n) is 0 or 1; (m) is an integer of 0 or 1 or more; and (q) is 0 or 1. R1-R18 and Ra, Rb are independently a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or a hydrogen group. In addition, in the formula II, (p) and (q) are an integer of 0 or 1 or more; (m) and (n) are 0, 1 or 2. Further R1-R19 are independently a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or a hydrocarbon group or an alkoxy group. And at least one layer of the cyclic olefin resin layers has 100 deg.C or less softening temperature and at least one layer has 100 deg.C or more softening temperature.
