PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a product excellent in the executability in a manual work by a method wherein release films made of materials, the releasabilities of which are different from each other, are respectively pasted to both the sides of liquid base materials formed in layers so as to be finally formed into an integral body. SOLUTION: In a green resin sheet 1, base material sheets 6 are formed by infiltrating fluid base materials 4, the compounding modes of which are different from one another, in a plurality of mat-like fiber reinforced materials 5, the textures of which are different from one another, and a plurality of the resultant base material sheets 6 are laminated successively to one another. As the mat-like fiber reinforced material 5, a material, the kind of fiber, yarn number, shape, thickness and the like of which are different from those of the remaining materials, is arbitrarily selected. At the repairing of a molded body, the green resin sheet can be manufactured with a stock, the compounding of stocks of which is suitable for the repairing of the molded body, at factory. Accordingly, by making sheets out of the materials, the compounding modes of the fluid base materials are different from one another, the sheet suitable for execution is selected and carried to a site. In response to a repairing site such as an under-water portion, a portion to be easily applied with a shock, a sunny portion or the like, a green resin sheet having the compounding mode suitable for the repairing site can be selected. |
