PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate excellent in ultraviolet absorbing capacity and high in transparency having at least one layer comprising an ultraviolet absorbing resin compsn. wherein metal oxide is dispersed in an ionomer resin so that a dispersed particle size satisfies a range of 1-40 nm. SOLUTION: In a multilayered film or sheet comprising a thermoplastic resin, at least one layer comprising a resin compsn. having ultraviolet absorbing capacity wherein metal oxide B is compounded with a thermoplastic resin component A based on an ethylene/α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer is provided.
