PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the obstacle to a draining function by receiving a sudden change in atmospheric pressure generated in the drain pipe of a high-rise building by a buffer empty pipe, and compressing the drainage surface by high- pressure air to promote the flowing. SOLUTION: The sewage flowing into a vertical pipe 1 is fallen through a matching joint 7 by gravity after substituted by the trap sealing water 3 from an apparatus 2 and carried into a horizontal pipe 4, and carried to the lower stream through a horizontal pipe 10 in a leg curved pipe 9. To set the vertical pipe inner part to the atmospheric pressure, the top is extended to the outer part and opened. A ventilation start point 8 is provided just above the vertical pipe leg curved pipe, a ventilation vertical pipe is also extended to connect a ventilation branch pipe 5 provided in order to moderate the air compression within the horizontal pipe 4 of each floor, and connected to the extension ventilation pipe of the draining vertical pipe. The strong draining force of a plurality of stool flushing water is received so as to be resistant to the reduction in air quantity by foaming of detergent containing water. Thus, the obstacle to the draining function can be solved.
