PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work inspection and parting device which can carry out the size inspection of a work accurately and securely eliminate a defective. SOLUTION: A work W to be inspected is guided and transferred by a work transfer board 16 provided to a rotor 14 supported rotatable to a fixing shaft 12, the work W is held by a receiving member 24 and a pressing member 26, the contact jig 64 of the pressing member 16 is pressed on the work installed to an examination jig (a diameter size gage) 36 provided to the receiving member 24, the displacement amount of the contact jig 64 is amplified by the moving amount of a detecting pin 74, the position of the detecting pin 74 is detected by a photoelectric detector, and when it exceeds a specific scope, the defective is eliminated by a poor article exhaust arm.
