摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a concentration of a dioxin and the like in a combustion exhaust gas to a specified value or less by measuring a concentration of a chlorobenzene and the like in the gas, and regulating a fire grate speed, an air amount for combustion and an in-furnace temperature so that the concentration of the dioxin and the like estimated from the concentration of the chlorobenzene and the like falls within a reference value. SOLUTION: A chlorobenzene and the like concentration measuring unit 13 for measuring by a laser beam is provided at a flue 11 of a downstream side from a dust collector 10, and chlorobenzine and the like concentration in an exhaust gas is continuously measured. An in-furnace temperature to be measured by a thermometer 7, an air amount for combustion and the other necessary control factor are input, in addition to a concentration of the chlorobenzine and the like, to an automatic combustion controller(ACC) 15. The ACC 15 estimates the concentration of a dioxin and the like from the concentration of the chlorobenzene and the like in an exhaust gas continuously measured by the unit 13, and controls a moving speed of a fire grate 2, an air supply amount for combustion and a furnace temperature so as to become a value or less specified by a guide line of suppressing the dioxin and the like.
