PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyor by which foreign matter can be removed without interrupting the manufacture or bottling work of a culture medium. SOLUTION: In a part toward the feeding port side of an opening of a discharge port 24 for discharging a material to be conveyed 8 provided in a conveying path 22 of a conveyor 1, a mesh cover 7 is spread. In this way, the material to be conveyed 8 that has moved on the conveying path 22 first reaches an opening in which the mesh cover 7 is spread, and thereat, foreign matter 9 mixed in the material to be conveyed 8 is removed by the mesh cover 7, and the material to be conveyed 8 except the foreign matter 9 is discharged through the mesh cover 7, and the foreign matter 9 is discharged from an opening without a mesh cover behind it.
