PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve usability drastically by transmitting a driver's intention assuredly to a vehicle by only one card insertion operation. SOLUTION: When a card 7 carried by a driver is inserted into a card insertion slot 3, and ACC power supply and ON power supply turn on sequentially by the card 7 being inserted into the card insertion slot 3. Then, the card 7 is further pushed in from an ON position, a driver turns on a starter motor and starts an engine after confirming a parking position of a vehicle being in a parking position or a neutral position. Thereafter, in the condition where the shift position of the vehicle is in the parking position, when an ejection button 8 is pushed, the card 7 is pushed out. This card 7 returns to a former condition where the card 7 is inserted when the card 7 is taken out by the driver. |
