PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame cover of a mobile agricultural machine, reducing the number of parts and simultaneously facilitating the maintenance of a portion under an operation seat. SOLUTION: This sulky rice transplanter has a travel frame supported on front wheels and rear wheels 14, and a front step cover 50 is mounted on the travel frame in the front of the seat. A rear step cover 52 is mounted behind the front step cover 50, has central steps for putting foots thereon on both the right and left sides, and has a shape upward extended toward the rear side of the operation seat. The front side of the rear step cover 52 is rotatably connected to the front step cover 50 through a support shaft 48. When the rear portion of the rear step cover 52 is upward lifted, the rear step cover 52 is upward opened on the support shaft 48, and when downward pushed down, the rear step cover 52 is closed.
