PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent taking in/out of an object from being obstructed while dissolving an oppressive sensation above the head by forming a console box so as to be able to elevatably move in the vertical direction through guide members, and providing a fixing means positioning and fixing the console box on a ceiling front part. SOLUTION: Springs 21 are tensely laid between pins 31 and pins 23 insertedly fitted between webs of the upper parts of inner arms 25, and a console box 11 is positioned and fixed on a ceiling front part 27 by the spring force of the springs 21. When the console box 11 is pulled downward against the spring force of the springs 21, the console box 11 is moved downward along the inner arms 25. When pulling force of the console box 11 is relaxed, the console box 11 is upward moved by the restoring force of the springs 21, and it is positioned and fixed on the ceiling front part 27.
