PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict load torque in starting a rotor to the minimum, to smooth starting the rotor by an external drive source and to achieve necessary heating ability after starting the rotor. SOLUTION: A rotor is composed of a drive shaft 13 (shaft part), plural parted members 19 provided to surround the drive shaft 13, support guide members 14, 15 to support the drive shaft 13 and the parted members 19, and spring members 22 to connect the parted members 19 to each other. Centrifugal force or energization force by the spring members 22 is applied on the parted members 19 with priority according to rotation condition of the rotor. Changeable disposition of the parted members 19 in a radial direction is thus enabled by application of such force, and clearance between an outer circumferential surface of the parted member 19 and a heat generating chamber inner circumferential surface facing it is decided.
