PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To count pachinko balls passing through each ball displacement gutter, in a ball dispensing device dispensing the pachinko balls through the rotation of lead screws, simply by setting only one ball sensor even if the ball displacement gutters are arranged in two lines, thus making the manufacturing cost of the device lower than it is if a plurality of ball sensors are set, and facilitating signal processing. SOLUTION: A pair of lead screws 1a, 1b are vertically supported in such a way as to be rotated by a pulse motor 2, and two lines of ball displacement gutters 7a, 7b are formed between the lead screws. A dispensing gutter 9 by which pachinko balls (p) flowing down from each ball displacement gutter are merged into one line is formed at the lower end of each ball displacement gutter and one ball sensor 10 for detecting the pachinko balls is set in the dispensing gutter.
