PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently load and unload and convey wave-dissipating blocks, etc. SOLUTION: A support main body is formed into a gate shape comprising a transverse support frame 11 and a plurality of downwardly projecting leg portions 13, 13... so as to extend over a wave-dissipating block 1 to be conveyed. Each leg portion 13 is provided with a travel device in such a way that the directions of wheels 19, 19 can be freely varied. A lifting device comprising an outer frame member 24 or the like for lifting the wave-dissipating block 1 is supported against the support frame 11. The need for troublesome loading and unloading operations using a crane or the like is eliminated, and the wave- dissipating block can be properly displaced even in a small site. Each travel device is provided with the two wheels 19, 19 arranged in parallel in such a way as to freely rotate in the same direction and in the opposite direction. The two wheels 19, 19 are rotated in opposite directions whereby the directions of the wheels 19, 19 of the travel device can be varied.
