PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide air-bubbled lightweight concrete panel in which jagged patterns are formed on the panel surface without impairing panel strength and vent grooves for quickly discharging moisture in the panel outside its wall are formed on the underside, and to provide a method for producing the same panel without lowering productivity. SOLUTION: This air-bubbled lightweight concrete panel has jagged patterns 1 on one side, and vent grooves 2 on the other side. Heavy-duty portions 3 are formed from the bottoms of the pattern concaves to slightly inner part of the panel and from the bottoms of grooves 2 to slightly inner part of the panel. The inner part of the panel except the heavy-duty points 3 is formed by porous material 4 and reinforcing material 5.
