PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device by which various precoat decorative metal plates can be inexpensively manufactured on the a continuous production line. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a first coating device 2 having a roll coater 10 for coating a metal plate W on the surface side and a roll coater 11 for coating its rear side, and a first baking device 3. After the first baking device 3, a second coating device 4 having a roll coater 14 for coating the metal plate W on the surface side and a roll coater 15 for coating its rear side, and a second baking device 5 are provided. After the second baking device 5, a printing device 6 and a printing baking device 7 are provided. After the printing baking device 7, a third coating device 8 having at least a roll coater 20 for a thin film and a curtain flow coater 22 for a thick film for coating the metal plate W on the surface side, and a third baking device 9 are provided.
