<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the travel of discharge trays when sheets are distributed to different discharge trays for discharge so as to distinguish different output sheets. SOLUTION: The other end of an arm 42 supported rotatably on a support shaft 43 of a rear end part (regulation piece 40-1) of a movable tray 30-1 is rotatably held by a support point shaft 42a in order to discharge sheets output from a picture image formation device selectively to the upper movable tray 30-1 or a lower fixed tray 30-2 which are accumulated and arranged in a two step configuration. The arm 42 is connected in such a way that a traveling pin 46 fixed on a rotary gear 45 is inserted into a formed oblong hole 42b, and the rotation of a drive motor 47 is transmitted to the rotary gear 45 through a drive gear 48. Consequently, since a rear end part of the movable tray 30-1 is turned so as to draw a circular arc track due to the turn of the arm 42, it is moved to an upper part by turning around a peripheral face of a discharge roller 32. For this reason, the rear end (regulation piece 40-1) of the movable tray 30-1 is positioned just below the discharge roller 32 and can move to the upper part simply.</p> |
