PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with four circumference frames of a louver so as to reduce work in a field and costs by providing a mullion arranged between both ends of a louver blade on the interior side of the louver blade and installing gaskets in the mullions in both ends and in the louver blades in the upper and lower ends so as to block a clearance between the louver and the inner circumferential wall face of a framework opening part. SOLUTION: End mullions 12 arranged in both ends of a series of louver blades 11 and an intermediate mullion arranged between the end mullions 12 are arranged on the interior side of the louver blades 11, which are fixed to the respective mullions via their interior side edges individually. The louver blades 11 made of extrusion molding material such as stainless are formed in the same shape excepting those arranged in the upper and lower ends, while both longitudinal end faces of the louver blade 11 are substantially matched with a depth face on the outside of the end mullion 12, and the respective louver blades 11 are fixed to the mullions 12 and the intermediate mullion made of extrusion molding material such as stainless by means of machine screws 13 and the like. Gaskets 23 are mounted in the circumference of the louver 10 and on the outside side face of the respective mullions 12 so as to seal a clearance between the louver 10 and the wall face of an opening part 2 in a building framework.
