PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form for forming a precast member leg joint capable of being easily built up and fixed even in the case there are unevennesses on the surface of a slab on which the precast member leg section is erected and even in the case the precast member leg section is formed in the shape of a polygon or a circle. SOLUTION: A form device surrounding a joint space between the lower surface 11 of a precast member leg section 10 and the upper surface 21 of a slab 20 for erecting the lower surface thereof is formed of a rubber tube 5 having one or more air inlet and outlet valves. The rubber tube 5 surrounds the lower circumferential edge of the precast member leg section 10 while coming into contact with the upper surface 21 of the slab, and it is held by a holding device such as band 7, etc., under such a state.
