PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily transfer a scaffold without making disassembly/assembly of a handrail in the case where the scaffold passes through a position having the lower height of a ceiling. SOLUTION: A working floor 7 is mounted on a bearing base 1 of a parallelepiped framework, and casters 6 are mounted to studs 4 of the bearing base 1. In that case, a moving work scaffold is equipped with guide rails 10 arranged along the studs 4 of the bearing base 1, a handrail frame 8 having a pair of handrail posts 11 arranged to the sides of the bearing base 1 and capable of rising and falling along the guide rails 10 and fixed pins 23 as look mechanisms connecting between the handrail posts 11 and handrails 10 in a detachable manner and fixing the handrail frame 8 to a rising position in a joint state.
