PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily construct a kitchen by providing two base units and connecting parts formed one-side parts of the base units, and making each base unit attachable and detachable by the connecting part. SOLUTION: Base units 1A, 1B and a spacer body 2 are carried into a kitchen setting place, and a locking part 12b and a connecting bar 12a are inserted to a connecting hole 11. A connecting tool 12 is rotated to change the direction of the locking part 12b, the base units 1A, 1B are connected to the spacer body 2, and the upper part of a connecting tool housing part 10 is then covered with a covering lid 10a, whereby a detachable kitchen base body 1 is set. Accordingly, a detachable kitchen unit can be formed in various positions within a restaurant only by carrying and setting two base units therein and connecting each base unit by a connecting part, so that a kitchen base can be easily formed in a short period. This detachable kitchen base body is simplified in the structure of each base unit and excellent in productivity and maintenance property.
