PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cap not being blown away by a wind, not making a wearer lose a flying preventing tool, not making the flying preventing tool an obstacle, having excellent fashion properties. SOLUTION: This cap is provided with a cap body 13, a flying preventing tool 29 having a linear member whose one end is equipped with an engaging part to be engaged with clothing. The flying preventing tool 29 is fitted through an insertion part attached to the cap body 13 integrally to the cap body 13. A retention member for maintaining the linear member when the flying preventing tool 29 is not used is characteristically adjusted in the interior of the cap body.
