PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To turn on and off a heating toilet stool according to the use of a toilet device to achieve energy saving by incorporating a device for identifying a possession of a user by radio to automatically detect who is about to use the toilet device early. SOLUTION: A toilet device is provided with a transmitter/receiver 2 and a user 7 of the toilet device is let have an ID card 8 to which ID number of the user 7 is inputted. When the user 7 having the ID card 8 approaches the toilet device, the toilet device receives a radio wave from the ID card 8 through the transmitter/receiver 2 to previously perceive the use of the toilet device. Further, the toilet device perceives who is the user from the ID number. Then, a heating toilet stool and a toilet interior temperature adjusting function which have been operated with lower power consumption than that in the normal toilet device operation are returned to the normal operation and the temperature of the toilet stool and the interior temperature of the toilet room are controlled to a user's preference before the user sits on the stool.
