PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent application of stress on a bush fitting part of a trailing arm. SOLUTION: A forward end part of a trailing arm 4 is installed on a car body side installation bracket 2a by a bolt 14 and a nut 15. In a bush fitting part 8 of the trailing arm 4, a front side bush 11 is fitted. In installation position relation between the front side bush 11 and the trailing arm 4, a center (c) of an installation width (a) of a bush shaft of the front side bush 11 and a bush installation surface 6 of the trailing arm 4 are disposed on the same plane.
