PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To abut a brace damper against a panel installed to a frame body. SOLUTION: Brackets 20, 21 fixed at the diagonal places of a first-floor frame 12 are mounted so as to be directed in the orthogonal direction to a plane formed in the longitudinal direction of the first-floor frame 12. Mounting plates 27a, 28a fixed at the end sections of a first brace 27 and a second brace 28 are clamped by clamping members 30 such as bolts, nuts, etc., under the state, in which the mounting plates are faced oppositely to the brackets 20, 21 fastened in the orthogonal direction to front-rear surfaces formed by the first-floor frame 12. Accordingly, abutting against an interior-wall panel of a brace damper device 19 set up to the first-floor frame 12 is prevented because the rocking of the brace damper device 19 in the longitudinal direction as the extending direction of the brackets 20, 21 is controlled, and the generation of an abutting sound is also obviated.
