PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera-equipped door mirror which gives an easy-to-see image photographed by a photographing means by reducing contamination on a lens and which has a wide angle of visibility. SOLUTION: This camera equipped door mirror 1 is fitted with a visor 2, mirror 3, and CCD camera 4, wherein the mirror 3 is adhered fast in such a way as covering the opening 5 of the visor 2. The visor 2 is provided extendedly with a contaminant attachment preventive part 6, is provided with a projection 8 having a mounting surface 8a in the center of the visor inner surface, and also with a mounting hole 9 in the center of the visor bottom. The CCD camera 4 is located between the mounting surface 8a and mirror 3, and the leg 4a of the camera 4 is fixed to the mounting surface 8a by screw, etc., wherein the camera 4 is fitted in the hole 9 in such an arrangement that its lens 4b (wide-angle lens) faces down.
