PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the temperature of exhaust gas by mixing cooling air with exhaust gas. SOLUTION: This exhaust structure allows cooling air to flow by a cooling fan 15 for cooling an engine with air to a facing part A where an exhaust port 14 of a muffler 12 is opposed to a muffler guard 13. The opposing part is set to a position where cooling air quantity and air velocity are set in a maximum level along an inner wall of the muffler guard 13. A distance L between the opposing part and a discharging port for exhaust gas drilled on the muffler guard 13 is set to a distance capable of sufficiently mixing cooling air with exhaust gas.
