<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw for an extruder which can respond to high torque transmission, the diversification of the shape of a screw, and abrasion resistance in a screw for extruder screw in which segmented screw pieces are incorporated into the shaft shaped part of one screw shaft. SOLUTION: A screw for an extruder, in which a shaft part and a screw- shaped part are manufactured integrally on the upstream side from the feed part 2 of the screw to the vicinity of a kneading part 3, is constituted from a screw shaft 1 in which the downstream side from the vicinity of the kneading part 3 is a shaft-shaped part 1a and a screw piece 4 which is incorporated into the shaft-shaped part 1a on the downstream side of the screw shaft 1.</p> |
