PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance heat exchange performance by matching an inner fin fixed in a flat channel with the inner circumferential profile of the plane of a pair of plates, making main and subopenings at the opposite ends thereof and passing inner fluid uniformly to each part of the inner fin thereby reducing the fluid resistance thereof. SOLUTION: A pair of plates 1, 2 are superposed and a flat channel 3 is made internally. A fluid inlet/outlet 4 is opened to both plates 1, 2 at the opposite ends of the channel 3 in the longitudinal direction and an inner fin 5 having outer circumference matching with the inner circumferential profile of the plane of both plates 1, 2 is fixed in the flat channel 3. A main opening 6 matching with the fluid inlet/outlet 4 and a sub-opening 7 for diffusing fluid are arranged at the opposite ends of the inner fin 5 in the longitudinal direction. Fluid is fed from the fluid inlet/outlet 4, introduced in the long axis direction of the sub-opening 7 and passed in the longitudinal direction to the flat channel 3. Consequently, fluid is conducted uniformly on each cross-section and heat transfer area of the inner fin 5 is maximized.
