PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with adjustment of alignment between the drive shaft of a drive motor and the input shaft of a speed reducer by fixing the drive motor to the speed reducer in the condition in which the drive shaft and the input shaft are connected to each other. SOLUTION: A pinchedly holding metal fitting 35a is confronted with a first bracket 21d through a gasket 39, a positioning annular projection 38 is fitted into an insert hole 212d in the condition, then after bolts B are inserted through insert holes 211d, they are threadedly fitted to bolt holes 33 to be fastened, and hence under the concentric condition of a drive shaft 31 and a worm 22, a drive motor 3 is connected to a speed reducer 2. Hereby, because the drive motor 3 is directly fixed to the speed reducer 2 so that the drive shaft 31 and the input shaft in the speed reducer 2 are connected to each other, the drive shaft 31 of the drive motor 3 can be made in the condition without misalignment against the input shaft in the transmission.
