PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a connector for the pole of a tent capable of mutually connecting and fixing the poles simply and surely. SOLUTION: The tent 1 consists of a pole upper fixture 2 installed at a top section, a large number of the poles 3, in which one ends are fixed radially to the pole fixture 2, a tent fabric 4 stretched on a large number of the poles, connectors 5 for the poles mutually connecting and fastening a large number of the poles and fixing piles 6 fixing the connectors 5 for the poles onto a ground surface. In the connectors 5 for the poles, a plurality of connecting-pole fitting holes 51 are bored to upper sections while a plurality of fixing-pole fitting holes 52 are bored to lower sections. A plurality of the connecting-pole fitting holes 51 and a plurality of the fixing-pole fitting holes 52 are adapted to the shapes of a large number of the radially disposed poles, and formed mutually in an unparalleled shape. Accordingly, the connector for the poles of the tent, in which the rigidity of the tent can be increased and trouble is decreased maximally and by which the tent can be assembled simply and surely, cost of which is reduced and which has excellent facility by these synergistic effect, can be manufactured.
