HOT/COLD MODERATE TEMPERATURE CATERING CART

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot/cold moderate temperature catering cart which enables serving of cold meals at a moderate temperature by preventing rise in the temperature of a cold storage chamber while achieving a lighter weight. SOLUTION: This hot/cold moderate temperature catering cart has the body 1 of the catering cart which has at least one hot storage chamber 5 and a cold storage chamber 2 where tables are housed. The body 1 of the catering cart is provided with a cooling chamber 3 located on the ceiling of the cold storage chamber 2, an injection port 4 to inject liquefied carbon dioxide into the cooling chamber 3 and an exhaust duct to eject the gas in the cooling chamber 3 outside the body 1 of the catering cart. The liquefied carbon dioxide injected into the cooling chamber 3 from the injection port 4 is turned to a snow dry ice in the cooling chamber to make a cooling source.
