PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording notebook by which magnetic information of a magnetic recording medium and written form information of a written form recording medium can be always simultaneously obtained, and of which the building-up is easy with a smaller number of parts, and at the same time, wherein the taking out/putting in operation of a magnetic card as the magnetic recording medium is simple. SOLUTION: This information recording notebook has a recording notebook main body (cover member) where a written form recording medium on which optional written form information is recorded, and a slider member 21 holding a magnetic card as a magnetic recording medium, which is slidably arranged in the recording notebook main body, and on which optional magnetic information is recorded, and the slider member 21 has engagement protruding means 22, 23 which can be extended to the inside and the outside, and at the same time, the recording notebook main body has a guiding wall 15 which slidably holds the slider member 12, and at the same time, at specified locations on the guiding wall, recesses 16, 17 corresponding with the protuberance 23 are formed, and by sliding the slider member 12, the magnetic card which is held by the slider member is made to protrude from the recording notebook main body. |
