PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food material having no defect on the surface, and easily chewed and swollen. SOLUTION: This food material is composed of a mixture of fluid food and shape-retaining agent, encased in a multilayer film, which is 2-layered with the inner layer mainly composed of polyanionic polymer and outer layer mainly composed of a polycationic polymer, or multi-layered with the repeating structure of the 2-layered film. |
