PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten anti-theft effect by giving a warning according to vibration detection of a vibration sensor in parking a bicycle in a lamp which is automatically lighted when photo detection of a photo sensor is a designated value or less, and the vibration of the bicycle is detected by the vibration sensor. SOLUTION: With a select lever switched to the light side in traveling a bicycle, when the quantity of external light incident on a photo sensor 12 is lowered and the vibration of traveling the bicycle is detected by a vibration sensor 14, a small lamp 8 is lighted. When the state where vibration is not detected continues for about five seconds after traveling of the bicycle is stopped, the small lamp 8 is extinguished. On the other hand, when the select lever is switched to the buzzer side in parking the bicycle, an alarm control circuit 25 determines the existence/absence of a vibration detection signal from a vibration detecting circuit 24 at intervals of about five seconds, and when it is determined that the signal input is continued for about twenty seconds, an operation control signal is output to an oscillating circuit 26, and a piezoelectric element 11 is driven by the oscillating circuit 26 to give an alarm sound. |
