PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a best tape comprising a sweat absorbing tape to be applied to the forehead inside a cap to improve a pleasant wearing feeling since a cap which is used for protecting a head reduces a wearing feeling when a wearer sweats a lot depending upon an operation content or climate. SOLUTION: This best tape is obtained by bonding an adhesive protecting tape 3 to a water absorbing tape whose one side is coated with an adhesive 2. When the best tape is used, the protecting tape 3 is released and the adhesive face is bonded to the forehead inside a cap.
