摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To achieve an elimination of overloading and moreover, a reverse flowing possible in priming by removing or relaxing a shielding at a side end of an outlet path of a communication path when a fluid to be introduced at an inlet path reaches a specified pressure to allow the passing of the fluid from the inlet path to the outlet path. CONSTITUTION:When a syringe pump 51 is driven, a transfusion reaches a communication path 5 via an inlet path 4 of a first tubular member 2 through a tube 52. An opening at a side end 71 of an outlet path of the communication path 5 is shielded by a specified pressing force with a skirt part 82 of a sealing member 8 and hence, the syringe pump 51 is driven to further supply into the inlet path 4 and the communication path 5, eventually increasing the pressure of the transfusion. As a result, the skirt part 82 is pushed outward against the pressing force to release the shielding at the side end 71 of the outlet path. In addition, a fine gap between the inner circumferential surface of the skirt part 82 and the outer circumferential surface of a discharge part 3. Thus, the transfusion in the communication path 5 flows into the outlet path 10 through the gap.</p>
