PURPOSE: A device for controlling a re-operation of an asymmetric digital subscriber line system is provided to selectively enable a manual re-operation of a whole system, an automatic re-operation of a whole system, a re-operation of each line, and a re-operation of a certain hardware block. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling a re-operation of an asymmetric digital subscriber line system comprises: a manual re-operation unit(16a) of the whole generating a re-operation signal of the whole; a cell bus interfacing unit(1) receiving ATM cell data from an internet server or a video server through a cell bus for transferring to an ATM multiplex/reverse multiplex unit(2); and the ATM multiplex/reverse multiplex unit multiplying ATM data of four subscribers from an ATM handler for transferring to the cell bus interfacing unit.
