PURPOSE: A ring expander is provided to improve the work efficiency and to prevent a ring from being crushed when expanding the ring. CONSTITUTION: A ring tube expander comprises:a cam shaft(20) installed horizontally on a frame(2); a cam(18) installed on the cam shaft; a lifting load(16) vertically connected to the cam to be lifted according to the rotation of the cam; and a collet(6) installed vertically on the upper of the frame to be connected with the outside of the end of the lifting load.
