METHOD FOR CORRECTING OPTICAL ALIGNMENT OF MULTI-CHANNEL OPTICAL ELEMENT MODULE

PURPOSE: A method for correcting optical alignment of a multi-channel optical element module is provided to correct a displacement to all directions during laser hammering. CONSTITUTION: The method for correcting optical alignment of the multi-channel optical element module includes laser hammering process. An array of optical fiber is corrected by the laser hammering process, then it is possible to be moved to the horizontal, vertical and shaft direction and also rotating direction along each of the shaft. Thus, the displacement of the array of optical fiber is corrected about all direction to obtain the reliable multi-channel optical element module.
