PURPOSE: A production method of a condensed liquid of a boiled chicken soup with a ginseng is provided to be able to preserve for a long time, and to be able to always intake as the original nutrients of the condensed liquid of the boiled chicken soup with the ginseng without trouble of a time and a place. CONSTITUTION: A production method of the condensed liquid of the boiled chicken soup with the ginseng comprises steps of: putting a hygienic spring chicken and water in a vessel, and removing fats and dregs by handling of high heat for 10 minutes in 100°C; putting sub-materials needed in the boiled chicken soup with the ginseng to the body of the boiled chicken soup with the ginseng; heating it in 120°C-130°C for 3-4 hours; cooling it gradually; filtering it by a filter; and concentrating the filtered liquid. |
