PURPOSE: A polished rice containing nutrition ingredients is provided to intake the balanced nutrition by percolating the nutrition into the inside of rice while processing the rice. CONSTITUTION: A polished rice containing nutrition comprises the steps of: spraying unpolished rice with water having nutrition powder; storing for 12hr. in a storing tank where the unpolished rice is air-tighten; cleaning in a rice polishing machine; spraying water to have 13-18% of moisture. |
