PURPOSE: A data comparator is provided to decrease working speed and a test time. CONSTITUTION: The data comparator comprises: an input register part(100) outputting the data of a latched n bit; an output register part(200) a positive number times data of the latched n bit; plural comparing parts(C1-Cn) comparing the n bit data that is provided from the input register part, to the lower n bit of the positive number times of the latched n bit in advance; and plural switching parts(SW1-Sn) switching to transmit the data that is latched on each comparing part to the output register part by responding a switching control signal from the plural comparing parts.
