DYNAMIC CONTROLLING METHOD OF CALLING SERVICE IN MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A dynamic controlling method of a calling service is provided to perform continuous service for mobile phone subscribers when an error occurs between a base station controller and a base station. CONSTITUTION: A dynamic controller comprises: a base station controller(10) having a calling control part(11) and a vocoder(12) to maintain a base station(20) and to transmit messages with a switchboard; a BTC control processor(21) controlled by the base station controller, to transmit messages with a mobile phone(30), maintain the radio frequency resources and to control the operation of the base station; a channel card to communicate with the base station controller using E1/T1; and a time switch unit(23) to perform switching with the base station and the mobile phone.
