PURPOSE: A mobile drilling device is provided to perform the drilling work on a steep slope, moving up and down the drilling device using an elevating device without worker's manual work. CONSTITUTION: A mobile drilling device comprises:a drilling device that forms many holes on a steep slope, moving up and down along the steep slope such as a cliff, supported by a body frame(100); an earthing device equipped at the body frame to be supported by the drilling device on the steep slope; an elevating device(300) for elevating the drilling device and the earthing device to the vertical direction.
