PURPOSE: A slow release typed prostatitis treatment composition is provided to continuously have an effect for a long time by injecting to a prostate directly one time. CONSTITUTION: The prostate treatment material composition manufacture comprises the steps of: manufacturing a polymer- medicinal particle-an organic solvent suspension; manufacturing a polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution; making a polyvinyl alcohol having an antifoamer; making an emulsion by putting the suspension into the aqueous solution to agitate and making a micro sphere by evaporating an organic solvent; removing dichloromethane by putting and agitating a pure water; dividing the micro sphere, washing with the pure water and drying.
