PURPOSE: An impedance matching circuit is provided to match two kinds of impedance to one terminal. CONSTITUTION: The impedance matching circuit is coupled between a diplex coupled to two circuits, in which one impedance is matched to one circuit, and a network connector processing the data received from the diplex and not directly matched thereto. An input impedance shown to the network connector from the diplex is matched to an impedance of the diplex, and an output impedance shown to a side of the diplex from the network connector is matched to an impedance of the network connector.
