MANUFACTURING METHOD OF TRANSPARENT WATERPROOF FABRICS

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of transparent waterproof fabrics is provided to prevent a dewing phenomenon by absorbing perspiration on the surface and quickly outletting the absorbed perspiration. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of transparent waterproof fabrics comprises the steps of: using a 10g diluent having 2% chitosan to the 100 polyurethane parts; combining each 20 toluene and MEK as a fluidizer after inputting a 1g/kg acetic acid; drying at 75 degree after coating the surface resin sufficiently agitated on the differently formed paper; drying by cooling slowly at 110 degree after sticking the combined material with a hardener, a catalyzer and fluidizer at a proper rate; combining the preprocessed fabrics with the manufactured film and peeling the differently shaped paper.
