PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of decoration bulb is provided to embody various luminescent effect suitable to room decoration and PR. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of decoration bulb comprises: a cold electrode tube step forming a solid luminescence by press and welding; a coating step coating various colorful paint on the surface of the electrode(130) and naturally drying it; a stem step connecting the cold electrode tube with the electrode inserted into a glass tube; an electrode insertion step; a sealing step welding the opening of a bulb and the end of the glass electrode; a gas injection step injecting neon gas into the bulb; and a coupling step coupling a screw cap into the bulb.
