PURPOSE: A high-speed bus output device is described, which allows high-speed data transmission to be possible by reducing bus delay time. CONSTITUTION: The output device comprises an input unit responding to an enable signal making output of input data requiring to be externally transmitted possible to input the input data; an output unit responding to the enable signal to make the output data of a high impedance state.
