PURPOSE: A vibration speaker is provided to multi-functionally use a speaker by generating a coil and a vibration plate together on the speaker mode and seesawing the magnet plate on the vibration mode so as to deliver vibration outside. CONSTITUTION: The vibration speaker comprises: a hole(11) formed on the center of a substrate(10) and spreading sound; a vibration plate(12) installing each a pair of coils(13) on upper substrate; a case covering the vibration plate; and a magnet plate(16) installed on the bottom of the case and generating electromagnetic force between coils.
